Using this site
You may use this site only for lawful event-related purposes. Do not interfere with the site, submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another team’s registration, abuse referral credits, or use automated tools to disrupt registration.
Registration and captain responsibility
The person registering a team acts as its captain and must provide accurate information, keep the roster current, share event requirements with every player, and ensure that each player completes any required waiver. A saved or completed registration does not reserve a tournament spot. A spot is reserved only after the organizers verify the required $$250 team payment and confirm the team.
Eligibility and event decisions
Players must meet the published age, roster, and division requirements. The organizers may verify eligibility, reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations, adjust schedules or rules for safety and event operations, and remove a participant or team that violates the Participation Terms or Code of Conduct. Entry fees and team-related costs are not refunded when a person or team is ejected or removed for violating the Code of Conduct. Material event changes will be communicated using the contact information provided.
Referrals
A registered team earns a $$25 refund for each new, separately registered team that uses its referral link and whose $$250 payment the organizer verifies, up to 5 teams and $$125 total. The organizer sends earned refunds by Zelle within 7 business days after verifying the referred team’s payment. A referrer must clearly tell anyone receiving the link that the referrer may receive $25 if that person registers and pays. Duplicate, self-referred, canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible registrations do not qualify; a reward may be withheld or reversed if the referred payment is later reversed or refunded.
Submitted content
You retain ownership of a team story or other content you submit. When you separately consent to publication, you give the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, edit for length or clarity without changing meaning, and publish that content with the team name for event promotion. Nothing publishes automatically, and you may withdraw permission before publication by contacting us.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use services operated by others, including Google Forms, Zelle, and social platforms. Zelle payments are initiated in your bank or Zelle app, not processed by this site; the payment form only sends transaction details to the organizer for verification. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that an available registration slot will remain open. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. These terms do not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Questions may be sent to polkcup626@gmail.com.
